Gerber, Protel 99SE, DXP, PADS 9.5, AUTOCAD, CAM350 are OK.
Please provide quantity and specifications like material, surface finish treatment, copper thickness, board thickness, solder mask color and silkscreen color and other special specs. Please note that the above detail will speed up the evaluation.
For PCBA project, BOM list, pick and place file, please provide the above information as well. If you need turnkey service include programming and functional testing etc, kindly contact us for more details.
There is no MOQ in Jerico PCB. We are able to handle small as well as large volume production with flexibility.
Your files are held in complete safety and security. We protect the intellectual property for all our customers in the whole process. All documents from customers are never shared with any third parties. And we are willing to sign NDA effect by customer side local law and promising to keep customers data in high confidential level.
The shipping cost is determined by the destination, weight, and packing size of the goods. Please let us know your detailed shipping information if you need us to quote you the shipping cost.

High-frequency material: Rogers, PTFE
Other material: Aluminum, Copper
Normally the solder mask is green, blue, black, red and white. Some colors may affect exposure accuracy such as yellow.
The common surface treatments are HASL, HASL LF, ENIG, OSP, Immersion Silver and Immersion Tin.
We are professional in manufacturing multilayer PCBs from 2 layers to 18 layers, and specialized in HDI, blind/buried vias, rigid-flex, and high-frequency hybrid printed circuit board.
We support:
- 2mm mechanical drilling (standard)
- 1mm laser drilling (HDI)
- 15mm for high-reliability designs
For standard process, the trace width/spacing is 3-6mil(0.075-0.15mm)
For advanced HDI process, the trace width/spacing can be 2 mil(0.05mm)
Please provide the impedance requirements, and we will adjust trace width and dielectric thickness(Dk) accordingly.
For PCB production,we need:
Gerber Files: RS-274X format (Extended Gerber, .gbr or .gbx)
Drill Files: Excellon Format (.drl or .txt) for NC drill data
Board Outline File: included in a Gerber mechanical layer (e.g., Mechanical1.gbr) or a dedicated file
To ensure qualified PCB production, our factory implements multiple advanced inspection and testing techniques, including: Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), 100% E-test(Flying Probe or Fixture Testing, Impedance Testing, Cross-Sectioning Analysis.
The leading time depends on the order quantity, surface treatment and complexity. Normally, the leading time for single & double sides PCB could be available in 5-7 days, 7-14 days for 4 layers-6 layers PCB and 10-20 days for more than 8 layers PCB and HDI PCB.
